Having run a pilot project in London, Tesco asked JohnHenry to help them launch their online shopping service nationwide.

- show how to install Tesco's own software using animated demos of how that software worked
Outcome
- created "Tesco Direct" introductory CD-ROMs for both the UK and Eire
- over 6 million of the CDs were successfully distributed in Tesco's national roll-out
- the CD played its part in making Tesco Britain's most successful e-commerce operation.
